Free peptide calculator
Enter a known vial amount, diluent volume, and target dose. Results update instantly.
How it works
Three inputs turn a label into a clear volume result
The calculator follows the same transparent mass-to-concentration-to-volume sequence shown on our methodology page.
- 1
Enter vial and liquid amounts
Use the total mass printed on the vial and the final volume of diluent.
- 2
Enter a known target dose
The tool converts your existing target value; it never chooses one for you.
- 3
Read exact and visible values
Compare the exact volume with the nearest marking on the selected U-100 syringe.
Understand the result
What a peptide calculator in mg actually calculates
A calculation starts with mass and volume—not a syringe number. The tool first converts mg to mcg when necessary, then determines concentration, then calculates how much liquid contains your entered target mass.
Reference example
A 10 mg vial with 2 mL of liquid has a concentration of 5 mg/mL. A known 250 mcg target equals 0.05 mL, which is 5 markings on a U-100 scale.
Concentration
mass ÷ volume
Displayed in both mg/mL and mcg/mL.
Draw volume
dose ÷ concentration
Displayed in mL and microliters.
U-100 markings
mL × 100
A volume scale, not a biological potency unit.
Doses per vial
vial mass ÷ dose
A theoretical value before handling losses.

Peptide calculator FAQ
Is this peptide calculator free and online?
Yes. The calculator runs directly in your browser with no account, payment, download, or app installation.
Is there a peptide calculator app?
This responsive web app works on phones, tablets, and desktops. You can add the page to your home screen using your browser if you want app-like access.
What do “units” mean on a peptide calculator?
Here, units mean markings on a U-100 syringe volume scale: 100 markings correspond to 1 mL. They are not international units (IU) of biological activity.
Does the calculator choose a peptide dose?
No. It only converts a target mass that you enter. It cannot determine whether that target is appropriate for any person or purpose.
Can I use it as a peptide calculator for blends?
Only if you are calculating one clearly labeled component at a time and know its individual mass. A combined vial total cannot reveal the concentration of each component without the separate amounts.
Why does the nearest marking differ from the exact result?
Some exact volumes fall between the visible lines on a syringe. The calculator preserves the exact arithmetic and separately identifies the nearest line so the limitation is visible.
